Vacancy: Monitoring Controller - (National Command Centre)
Location: Roodepoort
Overall purpose of the job:
The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to and that the Client's needs are always efficiently and professionally met.

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SHIFTS:
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Must Reside in West Rand
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Own Transport / Driver's License
- Shift work
- PSIRA Registered (Grade C) or Grade A
- Computer Literate
- Monitoring Centre experience - must be able to demonstrate inbound, outbound and dispatch capabilities
- Surveillance Experience Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required
- Work independently and within a team.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Security Industry Control room or Call Centre
- No criminal record or any Pending Cases
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Call Centre or Control Room Experience
- Receiving complaints and informing management accordingly
- Fluent in English
- Telephone Ethics and Communication
- Experience in Excuquard, Listener, Milestone, Challager, Auto Cam
- Compiling Reports / Investigations
- CCTV Experience VUMACAM Experience
