Grade 12 (Matric) National Diploma in Mechanical engineering (petrol optional N4)
Driver’s licence code (EB)
Fluent in English Proficient in relevant computer application
1. Core responsibilities
Run diagnostic tests on vehicles
Analysing diagnostic test results
Replacing vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmission, and braking systems
Checking vehicle lighting systems
Driving vehicles to gauge performance.
Performing preventative maintenance on the service trucks.
Maintaining detailed records of serviced vehicles.
Adhering to an inspection procedure checklist.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicles
Familiarity with procedures and policies of the service.
Sound knowledge of warranty administration warranty procedures and policies
Extensive experience working with the auto industry
Assist with duties and or direction from management be willing to travel.
Collection of information and prepare reports of our fleet.
Assist with filling and getting quotations for car parts.
Personal attributes & skills requirements:
Knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and other mechanical engineering concepts
Excellent math skills, including advanced geometry, calculus, and physics.
