About Us:
Food Concepts 360 is a dynamic F&B design agency that specializes in restaurant conceptual development in the MENA region. In addition to designing and consulting for restaurants, we also own and operate a growing group of our own restaurants. We are looking for a talented and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across multiple brands, including our upcoming boutique hotel and new restaurant.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Director will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of marketing strategies across our restaurants and new brands. This role will involve overseeing digital marketing, brand management, and the creative direction of campaigns. You will be expected to lead a high-performing marketing team and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Management: Lead the brand identity development and management for all restaurants and new brands, ensuring consistency and creative excellence across all platforms.
Creative Direction: Provide leadership and vision to the creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, and social media managers. Guide the team to produce content that reflects the brand’s identity and goals.
Campaign Development & Execution: Develop, plan, and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across all locations.
Digital Marketing & Social Media: Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, from social media strategies to website management and email marketing campaigns.
Event & Promotion Marketing: Lead marketing efforts for events, restaurant openings, and special promotions to ensure maximum visibility and customer engagement.
Public Relations & Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with media, influencers, and food critics to secure press coverage and positive exposure for our brands.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay informed on trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives, accountability, and continuous growth.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with operations, chefs, and restaurant managers to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and operational needs.
Travel & On-site Coordination: Travel regularly between Port Elizabeth and St Francis Bay to manage on-site campaigns, openings, and promotions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar senior marketing role, in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a creative team (graphic designers, marketers, social media managers, etc.).
Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
Ability to travel regularly between Port Elizabeth and St Francis Bay.
Own a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams and departments.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
