Requirements

Previous lodge management experience (min. 5 year’s experience)

FGASA Level 2 (must be current)
-
First Aid Level 1 (min requirement)
-
PDP (must be current)
-
Excellent admin skills
-
Good communication skills
-
Must be able to manage staff on a daily basis
-
Great customer relations and inter personal skills
Description

A couple that is highly respectful to local cultures and works well with local staff members.

Good allrounder/s, where both candidates have in depth knowledge of all lodge aspects (FOH, F&B, Guiding, Maintenance, Finances, Operations, HR etc.)

Must work accurately under pressure – small team of 6 members who reside on site excluding YOU

People skills – tolerance, patience, and care

To respond to changes in your job function as dictated by the industry, company, or the property

To manage and monitor all costs and implement measures to control them

To provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement of all subordinates
