5* Game Lodge in Greater Kruger is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lodge Management couple to oversee its operations. This role demands a unique blend of leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a profound dedication to delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
- Team Management: Lead the operational team in alignment with our core values and company policies.
- Effective Communication: Maintain strong communication within the team and across all levels of management to ensure cohesive operations.
- Exceptional Guest Experience: Deliver and maintain high standards to ensure each guest has a memorable stay.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Oversee security, health, and safety, adhering to all company procedures.
- Budget Management: Implement and control budgetary systems alongside management.
- Strategic Planning: Proactively plan for smooth lodge operations, coordinating with support departments.
- Maintenance and Operational Support: Ensure the lodge and back-of-house operations maintain constant high standards and run effectively.
- Minimum 5 years of high-end safari lodge management experience.
- Professional demeanour, mature, and well-presented.
- Strong interest in nature and activities pertinent to the lodge's location.
- Must have own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
- Knowledgeable in wine and food.
- Exceptional skills in staff and guest relations.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing business needs, and think on your feet.
- Familiarity with the local area.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- HIgh focus on Attention to Detail.
- Must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit.
