Legal Counsel
Working closely within the business to identify and manage legal risks
Ensuring that the business enters into commercial arrangements (including ICT and IP) on terms that are acceptable
Negotiating, drafting and vetting commercial agreements
Providing legal advice to the business
Matric / Grade 12
Relevant Law/Legal Degree and Admission in relevant jurisdiction (South Africa).
Min 5 years’ post admission commercial law experience innegotiating, drafting and vetting commercial agreements includingsoftware, technology, digital services and Intellectual Property transactionsand agreements.
Risk management (including regulatory and compliance) andcorporate governance experience.
Between 5 - 7 Years
