To deliver support services to the OVK group.
Requirements:
Lewer ondersteunende regsdienste aan die OVK groep.
Minimum Vereistes:
- Toegelate prokureur;
- 2 jaar na leerklerkskap ervaring;
- Grondige kennis van: Siviele litigasie en Algemene litigasie;
- Goeie ervaring van Hooggeregshof en Landdroshof invorderings sal as ‘n aansporing dien;
- Grondige kennis van: Die Kredietwet, Kontraktereg, Maatskappyreg, POPI wetgewing en Landdroshof en Hooggeregshof prosedures is ‘n sterk aanbeveling;
- Geldige rybewys.
- Goeie kommunikasievaardighede in beide Afrikaans en Engels;
- Goeie rekenaarvaardighede (MS Office);
- Goeie organisatoriese en probleem oplossingsvaardighede;
- Hoë vlak van kommunisasie- en onderhandelingsvaardighede;
- Vermoë om binne ‘n span te funksioneer;
- Hoë vlak van integriteit en etiese waardes.
- Invordering van Debiteure;
- Algemene hantering van regsnavrae;
- Voorbereiding en lewering van gespesialiseerde regsmenings, die nodige ervaring om vanaf konsultasie tot en met afhandeling van ‘n saak, die siviele proses te kan dryf in samewerking met OVK se paneelprokureurs.
- Invordering van Debiteure en byhou van administrasie.
Core purpose of the position:
To deliver support services to the OVK group.
Requirements:
- LLB Degree (admitted attorney);
- 2 years post apprenticeship clerkship experience;
- Thorough knowledge of: Civil litigation and general litigation;
- Good experience of Supreme Court collections will serve as an incentive;
- Thorough knowledge of: The Credit Act, Contract Law, Company Law, POPI act and knowledge of Magistrate Court and High Court procedures are a strong recommendation;
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills;
- High level of communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to function within a team;
- High level of integrity and ethical values.
- Collection of Debtors;
- General handling of legal inquiries;
- Preparation and delivery of specialized legal opinions, the necessary experience to be able to drive the civil process from consultation to settlement of a case in cooperation with OVK's panel lawyers;
- Collection of Debtors and keeping up with administration.
