Junior Internal Sales Assistant – Cornubia, Durban North.

Do you reside close to Cornubia and have your own vehicle and valid drivers license?
Our client is looking for an energetic individual who has 2 – 3 years experience in a warehousing or manufacturing environment.
In this role you will be assisting with deliveries, picking & packing of stock and assisting the sales team.

Requirements:

Matric,
Valid Drivers license and own transport required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, with a strong drive
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with excellent organizational and time
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work harmoniously within a team environment
Valid drivers license and own transport

Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivery of orders to various customers
Checking the stock before deliveries go to customers
Capturing stock information onto the system
Developing in-depth knowledge of the company’s product range, including features, benefits, and applications to effectively advise customers
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience
Working closely with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and achieve collective goals
Any adhoc responsiblities
