We are currently seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity projects and ensure seamless delivery across our regional operations.

Role Overview: As an IT Project Manager at Hera Group, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT and cybersecurity projects within scope, time, and budget. The role involves managing teams, coordinating with clients, and leveraging your expertise in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of IT and cybersecurity projects, from initiation to delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication between stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure projects align with business objectives and adhere to cybersecurity best practices.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring that milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Manage changes in project scope and handle unforeseen challenges while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and improve future project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity principles.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with African markets and IT environments is a plus.
