Integrated Retail – Regional Supervisor
In Retail a division of Core Group is the home of great brands in South Africa, such as Apple, Nintendo, Go Pro and many more. Core Group provides expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training, and technical support for all Apple products.
As a Regional Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of various smaller stores (Kiosks) within a larger store environment, ensuring the smooth running of all activities. You will manage the team, drive performance, operations, stock and guarantee a great experience for both staff and customers.
In this role, you will ensure that your store meets its sales targets, provides excellent customer service, and reflects the Core Group brand.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Regional Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of various smaller stores (Kiosks) within a larger store environment, ensuring the smooth running of all activities. You will manage the team, drive performance, operations, stock and guarantee a great experience for both staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed unit and financial targets
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience in the store
- Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor and report on store performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Completed Matric (Tertiary qualification would be advantageous)
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a retail or similar environment
- Proven ability to manage store performance and drive results
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Retail operations knowledge
