Human Resources Administrator African Eagle Waste Management is looking for an Human Resources Administrator to join their dynamic company Job Types: Permanent Head office: Kuruman, Northern cape Requirements · Grade 12 Certificate · Formal tertiary qualification preferably in Human Resources · Must be capable of keeping up with a fast-paced working environment · Computer Skills · Good communication skills both verbal and written The roles and responsibilities for a Human Resources Administrator · Recruitment and selection: Identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, advertising vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates for various roles within the company. · Employee / internal relations: Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, promoting a positive organizational culture and employee morale. · Training and development: Implementing training programs to enhance employee skills. · Compensation and benefits: Administering employee compensation and benefits packages, Bargaining council and Provident fund.
