This is an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant Guest Delight Service Team and create unforgettable moments for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure every guest enjoys a tailor-made, world-class experience through genuine interaction.
Oversee the smooth running of dining services, from early morning tea to bush dinners.
Build lasting relationships with guests, enhancing their experience and ensuring they feel special.
Manage beverage stock control, including purchasing, stock management, and administration.
Inspire and lead your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile: We're seeking an energetic, detail-oriented leader with a passion for hospitality and guest interaction. Your strong leadership and problem-solving skills will empower your team, while your enthusiasm for food and wine will enhance our guests' dining experiences. You should have a Diploma in Hospitality or Lodge Management and 3-5 years of management experience in a similar environment. Salary & Benefits:
Negotiable salary based on experience and qualifications.
Live-in position with meals on duty.
Pension fund and staff lodge nights.
Work cycle of 21 days on, 7 days off, with 15 days of annual leave.
