Head Guide | Madikwe

JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a 5* Exclusive Private Game Lodge in the Madikwe area to recruit an experienced and passionate HEAD GUIDE to join their team.
Requirements & Experience:

At least 5 years plus guiding experience where at least 3 years at a Senior Guide level.
Completed Trails & FGASA Level 2 or equivalent essential.
ARH & Rifle proficiency / SAPS Competency Certificate
Valid Driver’s license, Pr DP and First Aid Level 2 essential
CATHSSETA /DEAT Registered
Physically fit, charismatic, and confident
Knowledge of operational requirements for running a lodge and passionate about the bush and delivering exceptional guest experience experiences.
Experience with PANHospitality or similar PMS’s essential.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, both written & spoken essential.
Well-presented and neat personal appearance
Trustworthy, dependable, reliable, and punctual
Flexible availability and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
Own transport and stable employment history with contactable references

Start Date: ASAP
