Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the guesthouse, ensuring top-notch service and guest satisfaction.
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain our high service standards.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and welcoming experiences.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Oversee housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms and facilities meet 5-star standards.
Assist with marketing initiatives and maintain a positive online presence.
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain profitability while delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Guesthouse Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in using hospitality management software and basic financial management skills.
