Group Sales Manager - (Cape Town & Johannesburg)
A well-established group with two 4-star hotels in Cape Town and Johannesburg is seeking a results-driven Group Sales Manager. The successful candidate can be based in either location and will oversee sales strategies to drive revenue growth across both properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for both properties to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities to drive bookings.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Conduct site inspections and host sales presentations to showcase the properties to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to departure.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximise revenue.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the hotels and build networks.
- SA citizen.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, managing multiple properties.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, MICE, and leisure markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data, monitor KPIs, and implement effective strategies.
- Willingness to travel between Cape Town and Johannesburg if required.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
