Game Lodge Marketing Manager (MUST HAVE LODGE EXPERIENCE)
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the game lodge, attract guests, and enhance the lodge’s brand presence. This role involves collaborating with various teams, managing marketing campaigns, and engaging with the target audience to maximize bookings and guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the lodge's business goals and target market.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the lodge's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Digital Marketing: Manage online marketing efforts, including website updates, social media campaigns, email marketing, and SEO optimization.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for promotional materials, blog posts, newsletters, and social media platforms that showcase the lodge’s offerings.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tourism boards, and local businesses to enhance visibility and drive bookings.
Event Promotion: Organize and promote events, packages, and special offers to attract guests and enhance their experience at the lodge.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Guest Engagement: Develop initiatives to engage guests before, during, and after their stay, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
