Footwear / Shoe Factory Department Supervisor
Department Supervisor required for Footwear Manufacturing Company based in Jacobs.
Purpose
To ensure accuracy and efficiency of the production process. To be successful, you should be confident, highly organized and an excellent communicator. An outstanding supervisor has an analytical mind with good interpersonal skills.
Role
To oversee all department functions to maintain smooth flow and production while coordinating daily operations.

- Ensuring Order Fulfillment
- Keeping a detailed track on the status of all orders
- Attending to & resolving production queries & issues, etc.
- Matric with Good Math's
- 2+ Years Working Experience
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Mathematical and Analytical
- Good written and spoken Communication skills in English
- Be able to create systems to work more efficiently
