Key Responsibilities: Prepare and send invoices to various projects where vehicles are allocated. Conduct weekly plant and equipment costings. Liaise with site teams regarding plant and equipment costs. Monitor and manage vehicle trackers. Requirements: Proven experience in an accounting or clerical role, preferably within fleet management and sage accounting knowledge. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with site teams and other departments. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with fleet management systems will be advantageous.
