Electrical Supervisor
Your mission:
- Supervise all aspects of the team’s health, safety, environmental and quality requirements
- Ensure cost effective team operations by allocating resources, prioritizing work and maximizing plant availability
- Foster and maintain customer and supplier relations
- Implement team KPI’s that are aligned to the departmental plan
- Technical team support in Electrical maintenance in the Power & Recovery Plant
- Deliver weekly and monthly Electrical maintenance team reports
- Effective team supervision of the Electrical maintenance team
Your profile:
- Matric plus N4 (Supervisory Management)
- Relevant Trade Test
- National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant Engineering Discipline
- National Diploma in Pulp & Paper would be advantageous
- 5 years’ experience in a heavy industry environment
- 1 – 2 Years Leadership experience would be advantageous
- Experience within the Pulp & Paper industry and relevant equipment would be advantageous
