Supervise all aspects of the team’s health, safety, environmental and quality requirements
Ensure cost effective team operations by allocating resources, prioritizing work and maximizing plant availability
Foster and maintain customer and supplier relations
Implement team KPI’s that are aligned to the departmental plan
Technical team support in Electrical maintenance in the Power & Recovery Plant
Deliver weekly and monthly Electrical maintenance team reports
Effective team supervision of the Electrical maintenance team
Your profile:
Matric plus N4 (Supervisory Management)
Relevant Trade Test
National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant Engineering Discipline
National Diploma in Pulp & Paper would be advantageous
5 years’ experience in a heavy industry environment
1 – 2 Years Leadership experience would be advantageous
Experience within the Pulp & Paper industry and relevant equipment would be advantageous
