As a Moderator at Phemphetse Training Academy, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the quality and consistency of our assessment processes.
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- A minimum of N2 Certificate.
- A valid Trade Test Certificate in Electrical, with a minimum of 3 years’ work
- A relevant Moderator Certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years Practitioner experience as an accredited Moderator
- Familiarity with traditional and modern (Online) training methods and
- Drivers Licence will be an added advantage.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Moderation plan in collaboration
- Conduct pre-moderation meetings to communicate expectations and
- Develop, review, and maintain moderation documents to ensure accuracy
- Conduct regular reviews of moderation processes to identify areas for
- Provide constructive feedback to assessors on moderation processes.
- Gather feedback from assessors on the moderation process
- Generate comprehensive moderator reports detailing the outcomes of
