Job Title: Educational Program Administrator Location: Altwork Office, Century City, Cape Town
Salary: R15,000 per month + R2,500 performance-based bonus

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Educational Program Administrator to support the delivery of NXG’s educational programs, including our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) services and other education-related projects. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and coordination across various programs, providing essential administrative support and direct communication with stakeholders such as schools, teachers, and program participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Support & Coordination:
Assist in coordinating the delivery of SEND services, including teacher supply, in-class support, and learning journeys for SEND students.
Support the administration of other educational programs offered by NXG Enterprises, ensuring efficient scheduling and logistics.
Manage and maintain accurate records of participants, program schedules, and educational content.
Communication with Stakeholders:
Act as the first point of contact for program participants, schools, and educational institutions, responding to inquiries and providing program updates.
Liaise with schools and program participants to gather feedback and address any concerns related to program delivery.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee the registration and onboarding process for program participants, ensuring all documentation is collected and processed accurately.
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems to track program performance and participant engagement.
Prepare and distribute program materials, including schedules, reports, and guidelines.
Event & Workshop Coordination:
Assist in organizing and coordinating workshops, events, and training sessions related to the SEND services and other educational programs.
Ensure that event logistics are well planned and executed, including venue booking, participant registration, and material preparation.
Financial & Reporting Support:
Assist with basic financial administration, including invoicing, tracking payments, and managing program budgets.
Provide regular reports on program performance, participant engagement, and key metrics.
Minimum Requirements:
A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative roles within the education or project coordination sectors.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with training services or in an educational program environment.
Familiarity with educational program delivery and an understanding of the specific needs of students.
Previous experience coordinating events or workshops in an educational setting.
Working Hours:
Standard Week Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Summer: last Sunday in March to last Sunday in October)
Adjusted Schedule: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Winter: last Sunday in October to last Sunday in March)
