District Coordinator - Central Chronic Medicine Dispensing and Distribution
An exciting opportunity exists for District Coordinator to join Medipost Pharmacy. The position would primarily focus on the management of the Central Chronic Medicine Dispensing and Distribution programme activities which entails but not limited to internal and external Stakeholder relationships, query resolution, collection of prescriptions and support (district as well as facility) CCMDD promotional campaigns for Bloemfontein. Primary Responsibilities: · Timeliness collection of compliant prescriptions and or checking of prescription activeness on synch system · Provide assistance to Facilities and patients · Distribution of manual prescription books · Resolving conflict and negotiating with Facilities · Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts · Interpreting the meaning of information for others. · Evaluating information to determine compliance with standards · Query resolution from all relevant stakeholders · Complying to weekly facility script collection and visit schedules · Meeting deadlines & providing adequate feedback · Monitor adhere to returns at facility level · Distribution of all relevant communications at facility level · Maintain good working relationship with all relevant stakeholders · Sound relationships with District and facility management · Completion of facility visit reports · Good Collaboration with colleagues and management · Ability to identify and escalate problems through relevant channels · Daily/Weekly/ Monthly statistical reporting · Perform any ad-hoc projects which may be necessary for the CCMDD project with in the district as well as province · Complying to weekly facility visit schedules and 100% script collection rate · 100% query resolution · Maintain good relationships towards MP DOH departments and Facilities and other Partners · Willingness to work overtime · Self-initiative, motivation and willingness to constantly exceed expectations · Query resolution from all relevant stakeholders · Dormant patient list management · District dormant percentage reduction management · Constant update of facility targets with particular focus on Returns % and active patients · Maintain good housekeeping standards · Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge – Keeping up-to-date with internal innovations and applying new knowledge to your job · Evaluating information to determine compliance with Standards – Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations and SOP’s · Route / territory planning (weekly / monthly) · Queries received (district, facility, category, resolution, etc.) · Analysis of data and meaningful trends identified and communicated · All reporting to be timeous and accurate within agreed deadline · Corrective action taken as a result of reporting Minimum requirements Grade 12 National Diploma (3yrs) or Higher in Business Management /Operations Management/ Customer Services Management Equivalent degree or higher · 3 or more years’ experience in stakeholder relationships management · 2 or more years administrative and or business management · Computer Literate · Microsoft Office (Excel - Intermediate) · Advanced MS Excel · Presentation skills · Microsoft outlook · Code 8/ 10 (Valid Driver’s License ) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Application Deadline: 2024/10/24
