Direct Sales Representative

We're looking for enthusiastic Sales Representatives to help us expand our customer base and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities for fiber-to-the-home and cell phone contract services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits tailored to customer needs
Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales process
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in the telecommunications industry
Knowledge of fiber optic technology and mobile phone services
