We are currently looking for vibrant and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic winning team!
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
- Assist with product/service inquiries.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds.
- Update customer information in the system.
- Follow up on customer complaints and concerns.
- Promote additional products/services when applicable.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Meet performance targets and quality standards.
- Must have 6 months customer care experience ( Call Centre / face to face)
- Matric Compulsory
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Able to work flexible shifts with reliable transportation.
