The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude
Responsibilities:
-Answer all customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
-Listen attentively to customer concerns and complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
-Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 6 months call centre experience
- Matric or NQF Level 4 Equivalent
- Clear Crim & Credit history
- Able to work USA hours and flexible shifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using computers.
- Multitasking and time management skills.
