Control Room Operator
Summary of the Position
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring security systems, CCTV, IT systems, and managing DC access in the control room. As the group expands, this role will become increasingly important in maintaining security and operational control. The role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient running of the control room and to support security operations.
COMPETENCIES:
· Self-directed
· Strong problem-solving abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail
· Effective time management
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
· Proficient knowledge of PC hardware
· Familiarity with popular software systems (Windows, Office, etc.)
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Grade 12/Matric
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to work shifts
· PSIRA registration
**Salary is market related**
