Up-to-date understanding of the Companies Act and the Trust Property Control Act;
Experience in attending board and subcommittee meetings;
Experience in working with both CIPC and Master of the High Court, the latter in respect of trusts;
Basic knowledge of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act;
Experience in conducting client due diligence in terms of FICA (preferred);
Excellent MS Office skills and ability to adapt to technical developments.

Ability to communicate with external parties as well as all levels within the business in a clear and articulate manner;
Excellent attention to detail, organised, analytical, self-driven and able to work independently;
