Our client, a Luxury Lodge in Limpopo, is seeking a well-established butler to provide unmatched service to their guests.
Requirements
- Hospitality Diploma will be highly advantageous
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Luxury lodge experience beneficial
- Formal butler training is highly valued
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a strong asset
- Understanding of formal dining, wine pairing, and cocktail preparation
- In-dept knowledge of social etiquette and cultural protocols
- A proven track record of high-level customer service, with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs discreetly and efficiently
- Experience in delivering personalised services with meticulous attention to detail, is critical in maintaining high standards
- Experience handling guest complaints or special requests with tact and diplomacy
- Willingness to work long, irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding activities
Package
- Salary: R6 000 – R apply below - depending on experience
- Live-in position
