Game Lodge in the Waterberg area is looking for a Baker, responsible for the production of pastries, bread, and desserts, while promoting the company goals of Guest service and satisfaction, team work and operations.
Ability to produce bread and other baked goods using manual and/or industrial processes
Knowledge of raw materials for dough, dough preparation times and procedures and various baking techniques
Knowledge of recipes and production techniques for bread and baked goods
Ability to operate electric and gas bread ovens
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations for food preparation
Ability to multitask
Organizational and planning skills
Sound knowledge and understanding of all dietary and religious requirements.
Knowledge and understanding of stock procedures and control.
