Job Title: Area Manager
Location: Mthatha, Eastern Cape
Salary: R15,000 PM
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple stores in the Mthatha region. The ideal candidate must come from a clothing retail background and have strong leadership and operational skills. This role will require frequent travel between stores, ensuring that each location runs efficiently and meets sales targets.

Pay: R13 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple stores within the assigned area.
- Ensure all stores meet their sales goals and operational standards.
- Provide leadership and support to store managers and staff to drive performance.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment across all locations.
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance across all stores.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement in store performance.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising in line with company guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, staff performance, and customer service.
- Address any operational challenges and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
- Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing to travel frequently between stores.
- At least 5+ years of experience as an Area Manager in clothing retail.
Pay: R13 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
