Are you someone who can:
- Protect and grow the FNB market share within the agricultural market segment
- Assess and evaluate credit risk through quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Monitor existing exposures and recommend credit decisions related to excesses
- Assist in NTB takeovers from other banks due to the strategy and support that the role plays as team player with the Relationship Manager
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Have a relevant commercial or Agric specific Qualification (eg B-Com, BSC Agric, B-Agric or similar with Agric Economics as a pre-requisite)
- Are FAIS compliant
- Are an experienced Relationship Manager / Client Portfolio Executive with a proven track record of managing an Agric portfolio (preferred)
- Citrus/ avo/ mango/ macadamia experience
- Have understanding/knowledge of Agric business and credit application process in commercial banking
- Preference will be given to applicants with the required academic qualifications, experienced Relationship Manager/ Client Portfolio Executive's with a proven track record of managing an Agric portfolio will be considered
