Minimum Requirements
Matriculation
Drivers' license with own vehicle
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Duties and Responsibilities
Interaction with clients, such as meetings, answering phone calls, email correspondence, drafting letters
Organising and planning meetings
Conducting or preparing any research that the director may require
Various ad hoc requests
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Help with daily time management
Run errands as requested
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
Staff functions
