Main purpose of the job
To take responsibility for the development and implementation of talent management policy, organizational development, learning and performance management initiatives in the institution.
Main tasks
- Provide support in the implementation and monitoring of talent management processes
- Provide support with regard to Organisational Development (OD), Skills Development (SD), talent and performance management
- Maintain accurate records for OD-, SD-, talent-and performance management processes and interventions
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding Talent Management, OD, Training & Development, Performance Management intervention
- Assist with and/or conduct Psychometric/Skills Assessments
Nature of appointment: Permanent Support Services
Minimum salary scale: (Total Cost to Company) R 956 841 per annum

Minimum Qualification/ Knowledge and/or Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or a related field.
- Five years’ experience in an HR environment with background/knowledge in Talent Management/or OD/ or performance management.
- Registration as a psychometrist or industrial psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Desired Qualification, Knowledge and/or Experience
- Postgraduate studies in Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least five years' relevant experience, at the required level.
