To take responsibility for the development and implementation of talent management policy, organizational development, learning and performance management initiatives in the institution.
Main tasks
Provide support in the implementation and monitoring of talent management processes
Provide support with regard to Organisational Development (OD), Skills Development (SD), talent and performance management
Maintain accurate records for OD-, SD-, talent-and performance management processes and interventions
Liaise with stakeholders regarding Talent Management, OD, Training & Development, Performance Management intervention
Assist with and/or conduct Psychometric/Skills Assessments
Nature of appointment: Permanent Support Services
Minimum salary scale: (Total Cost to Company) R 956 841 per annum
