At Pw C, our Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for developing and executing best-practice recruitment strategies as well as supporting the continuous growth of the Firm’s reputation as an Employer of Choice.
We are currently seeking a Temporary Assistant for our Recruitment Team to support the end-to-end recruitment of high-calibre students for our graduate or internship opportunities.
Responsibilities
Work closely with our hiring managers to develop an understanding of business needs and identify and implement effective sourcing strategies
Manage the application through to offer stage for various recruitment campaigns during the year
Build and maintain strong relationships with university career offices, faculty members, student clubs and external professional bodies
Project manage and represent the firm at various recruitment events, including career fairs, recruitment talks and open houses
Identify opportunities and executive projects for enhancing both the external and internal stakeholder experience
Provide guidance to other team members to ensure their work meets our quality standards and is delivered on time
Handle all internal and external recruitment-related queries on a timely basis
Perform data analytics for the campus recruitment team and report findings to management
Requirements
Strong project management and execution experience
Organized and meticulous and can handle large volumes at a time
An ability to come up with creative and innovative branding ideas
An ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
A strong drive to enhance the candidate and internal stakeholder experience
An excellent team player who can step into a leadership role when required
