Personal Assistant (Creative Consultancy & Talent Management)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM (with potential for additional hours during ad hoc events, compensated by off-in-lieu)

WFH Arrangement, 1 day per week

Salary:
$2,500 - $3,000 per month

13th month bonus (subject to performance)

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or higher education
  • Minimum 2 year of relevant experience

Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Familiar with Google Docs
  • Basic knowledge of online editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a bonus
  • Social media savvy with knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and Tik Tok
  • Understanding of content creation and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Directors' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
  • Oversee email management and communication on behalf of the Directors
  • Run errands and handle tasks assigned by the Directors
  • Liaise with internal staff, clients, and external partners
  • Provide operational and administrative support for the agency's creative and talent management projects
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate and support the Directors at events, including talent appearances, brand collaborations, and client meetings
  • Assist with social media content planning and coordination for company accounts and Directors' personal profiles
  • Monitor social media trends and provide insights that may benefit the agency's talent and projects
  • Ensure the Directors are always well-prepared for meetings and engagements, with all necessary materials and briefs
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects with a high degree of flexibility and efficiency
