Senior Corporate Secretarial Manager (Services Firm)
Our client is APAC’s leading Corporate and Advisory Services firm. They are looking for a Senior Corporate Secretarial Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in South – easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality corporate secretarial services.
- Handle a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, including public and listed companies.
- Ensure prompt and effective communication with clients, supported by detailed email follow-ups outlining action steps, responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Maintain and develop client relationships, meeting key clients monthly to assess satisfaction and identify potential service expansions.
- Propose fee adjustments where necessary and prepare fee proposals for prospective clients.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of statutory documents to relevant authorities, including ACRA, IRAS, Stock Exchange, and The Central Depository.
- Manage daily operations, including budget preparation, credit control, and WIP finalization.
- Take on regional responsibilities and contribute to business development efforts.
- ICSA qualified Chartered Secretary or Degree in related field
- Relevant experience
