- GCE “O” Level with 3+ passes (including English and Mother Tongue).
- 1+ year in front desk duty/customer service.
- MOE school experience is a plus.
- Pleasant personality and appearance.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and the internet.
- Can operate office equipment (faxes, photocopiers, printers).
- Answer calls within 3 rings.
- Manage the frontline counter for queries.
- Handle and distribute incoming mail.
- Attend to goods deliveries.
- Assist students leaving early or in Sick Bay.
- Oversee general housekeeping of the office.
- Arrange temporary storage for received items.
- Assist with lost & found items.
- Provide admin support to school leaders and staff.
- Perform data entry and faxing.
- Assist admin managers with tasks.
- Complete other assigned duties.
