Front Desk Receptionist (local candidates only)
We are currently seeking a cheerful and self-motivated candidate to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. If you have experience in front desk management, and possess a dynamic and outgoing personality, we would love to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month

Main Responsibilities:
- Customer service including welcoming patients, handle patient inquiries (phone, email, walk-in etc.)
- Book appointments, process payments and issue invoices
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the clinic’s reception and other related areas
- Ensure continuous operation of the clinic and stock-taking
- Respond to, resolve and/or escalate issues as required (claims, schedule conflicts, last minute cancelations)
- Acquire strong working knowledge of the organisation’s services and staff members
- Work closely together with colleagues to ensure the best experience for patients
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Clinical Directors
- Possess great customer service skills, is dynamic, self-driven, professional and reliable
- Excellent communication skills, well versed in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good computer skills with knowledge using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multi-task
- Able to work 5.5 days per week
