G.spa is a nature-inspired retreat and a one-stop spa destination rolled into one. Open 24 hours everyday, we provide a wide range of top-to-toe treatment services for both female and male guests and a wide range of facilities for the public and corporate groups.

- Handle walk in and phone call reservations
- Ensure guest information updated accurately in system
- Respond to guest alerts efficiently
- Cashiering duties
- Arrangement of therapist jobs
- Provide professional recommendations on treatments
- Promote membership package to clients
- Conduct spa tours for new clients if necessary
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Teamwork
- Willing to work shift hours from 1pm-10pm/2pm-11pm
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable to work 6 days a week
- Basic salary of $1,800 to $1,900/month
- Entitled to allowances and incentives
