Work hour:
Receptionist 1
Monday to Thursday 7.00 pm to 4.15pm
Friday 7.00am to 3.45pm ( 45 min lunch)


Receptionist 2
Monday to Thursday 8.15am to 5.30pm
Friday: 8.45 am to 5.30pm ( 45 min lunch)


Job Description:

• Attend in coming call

• Support data entry

• Provide simple first aid

• Perform admin task using basic Ms Words, Excel

Adhoc duty that assign by HOD .


Job Requirement

• Good communication skills

• Presentable with warm personality and good customer service skills.

• able to work independently

• good team player
  

Skills needed
2 years front desk experience
O Level
experience in admin work and relevant reception experience.
