Procurement Executive
Job Title: Procurement Executive
Location: Central, Singapore
Report To: Senior Chief of Procurement
Position Type: Full-Time/Contract
Job Summary:
The Procurement Executive assists in managing the procurement process by supporting purchasing activities, analysing performance, and ensuring that procurement strategies align with organisational goals. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and interested in starting a career in procurement and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and documentation.
· Prepare reports on procurement activities, performance, and cost savings.
· Support the implementation of best practices and process improvements
· Work with internal departments to understand their purchasing and marketing needs.
· Provide administrative support to the procurement and marketing team.
· Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
· Local Diploma or Degree in Business and Marketing Management, Procurement, or a related field.
· 1 years of experience in procurement, marketing management, or a related field. Internships or relevant academic projects are beneficial.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
