Job Summary:
The Junior Account Assistant provides essential support to the accounting department by assisting with daily accounting tasks, managing financial records, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Job Summary:
The Junior Account Assistant provides essential support to the accounting department by assisting with daily accounting tasks, managing financial records, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and looking to build a career in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and process expense reports.
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records and documentation.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Compile data and generate reports for review by senior accounting staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and sensitive data.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
- Minimum Local Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Marketing in related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
