Marketing Admin / 3 Months Contract / Downtown
Our client is a property management company, and they are looking for a Marketing Admin to assist their team. The company is located in the Downtown and is easily accessible.
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities :
Experience in admin work within a marketing department

Responsibilities :
- Raise purchase orders and requisitions
- Follow up with vendors for payments and invoices
- Coordinate invoice approvals with finance
- Reconcile e-vouchers and submit for payment
- Update tenants on payment status and assist with forms
- Track tenant participation forms
- Organize marketing materials in Share Point
- Help the marketing team with projects
- Prepare rental agreements and work with finance on invoices
Experience in admin work within a marketing department
