Marketing Executive, Retail
- Largest Private Property Developer in Singapore

- Conduct canvassing calls to market a wide range of shopping malls and attend meetings with existing and prospective clients.
- Identifying and engaging potential retail tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix of the mall.
- Negotiate lease renewals, finalise lease agreements and other leasing related documentation.
- Conduct competitive market research to stay updated on market trends.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for retail prospects, tenants and landlords.
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Min 1 to 2 years of retail leasing experience in a shopping mall environment.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Team player, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm
Salary: $3,800 - $4,500
