The responsibilities of this role are:

Lead the people side of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, in tandem with project/programme manager, and be responsible for the implementation of the change.
As the counterpart of the project manager, play a pivotal role in executing change strategies, embedding new processes, and enhancing employee engagement to achieve seamless transitions and improved performance.
Responsible for leading all IT change initiatives.
Design and prepare change management plans and ensure delivery drives successful adoption of new processes or technologies.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Lead the generation and implementation of change communications and activities.
Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for successful change adoption.
Foster a positive change culture by promoting awareness and understanding of the benefits associated with the proposed changes, addressing questions and concerns related to change initiatives.
Identify and engage key stakeholders at various levels to build support for change initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers in their roles as change sponsors.
Enable regular communication sessions to keep stakeholders informed and address concerns.
Be an active part of Group Change Coach Network to contribute to and collaborate with them and adhere to their standards.
Work with external vendors to delivery change-related projects and initiatives
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of change strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with the IT programme and project managers on change initiatives.
Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders in those projects to enable them to build change readiness.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

Qualified to Degree Level in a STEM or business-related discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Able to work under own initiative with limited guidance in areas of own knowledge and pro-actively search out information where own knowledge is limited to provide a solution.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Demonstrate ability to work to multiple deadlines whilst maintaining professional and positive image to business.
Promote, through example, good ethical values and cultural sensitivity, especially when dealing with colleagues and users in / from other global locations.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in Change Management e.g. PROSCI. will be an advantage.
Possess a minimum of three years working in inter team communication/ liaison role with other departments or external partners.
Experience of working in an IT department, had delivered change initiatives related to cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and technology generally.
