DESIGNATION : Executive (Freshfood Taskforce)
RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate is to oversee the efficient operation and category management of fresh food products inclusive of assigned fresh categories to him/her across all of Fair Price. This role involves setting up counters, managing multi-deck chiller displays, tracking performance, guiding/training/monitoring staff performance on ground, ensuring quality control, maintaining inventory, maximizing profitability, managing shrinkage while adhering to health and safety standards across all stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate is to oversee the efficient operation and category management of fresh food products inclusive of assigned fresh categories to him/her across all of Fair Price. This role involves setting up counters, managing multi-deck chiller displays, tracking performance, guiding/training/monitoring staff performance on ground, ensuring quality control, maintaining inventory, maximizing profitability, managing shrinkage while adhering to health and safety standards across all stores.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven 5 to 10 years of fresh food operations or a related field with managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- People management with excellent communication and internal/external customer service skills.
- Proficiency in inventory/shrinkage management, budgeting and basic computer skills
- Organised, self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Possesses significant fresh food processing knowledge, handling, safety, quality, store/counter setup and good standards of merchandising
- Sound financial and budgeting skills
- Sound written and verbal communication
- Computer literary (SAP, Tableau, Microsoft, Google Suite)
- Positive mind-set with an owner's mentality: sense of purpose, accountable and responsible
- Strong business acumen
- Good interpersonal skills

- Work Location: Fair Price Hub (Beside Joo Koon)
- Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
