What is this role?
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for communications with customers including coordination of repair services at A.LAB, an Apple Authorised Service Provider.
The successful candidate will have a collaborative and friendly work style, be exceptionally well-organised, able to effectively multi-task & prioritise and take initiative.

Aeon Earth is an Apple Authorised Service Provider as A.LAB and a member of the Apple Consultants Network as ALAB360. We offer Jamf as a solution for managing Apple devices.
Additionally, we are a reseller of Cambrionix charge and sync hubs, and provide IT asset recovery, data erasure services using Securaze and Garner Products.

What you can expect to do?
- Monitoring and responding to emails, Whats App Business chats, and calls
- Contact customers for repair services including remote diagnostics, part ordering and payment verification
- Management of customer appointments
- Compliance with workplace safety and security
- Liaise with supervisor on customer feedback
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
- 2 year customer service experience (Preferred)
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Produce work with a high level of accuracy
