Assistant Finance Manager/ Finance Manager (Real Estate)
Our client is one of the leading player in real estate industry. They are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager/ Finance Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in South, easily accessible.

Responsibilities of Assistant Finance Manager/ Finance Manager:
- Review journal entries, financial statements, and performance evaluations of properties.
- Strengthen internal controls and coordinate with auditors on statutory audits.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate statutory filings with company secretaries and legal teams. Review lease agreements, calculate rent escalations, and ensure accurate billing/collection.
Requirements:
- Min Degree with accounting or any relevant field
- Min 5 to 8 years of working experience in property, real estate or similar industry
