Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Supply Planner and Customer Care team to support customer orders.
• Liaise with Production Planner to ensure inventory sufficient for delivery.
• Liaise with Warehouse for the issuing of shipping documents, finished goods transfer, monitoring the processing of container loading and dispatch from system.
• Liaise with freight forwarder for the movement of containers; provide shipping documents (Delivery note, commercial Invoice) for shipment.
• Coordinate with Quality for COA (Certificate of Analysis) as per shipment require and ensure stock release update in system by quality.
• Creation and changes of delivery note, commercial invoice, entry of shipment cost, not billed report on daily, weekly & month end closing.
• Liaise with transporter for truck booking.
• Generate shipment completion report.

Qualifications and skills

• Recognised Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Preferably a minimum 3-4 years’ working experience in logistics / shipping / export function.
• Must have experience in exports within GCC.
• Good command of English.
• Good computer skills, especially with MS Office applications.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Possess strong planning and analytical skills and is able to take complex issues and break down actions for resolutions and working with tight deadlines.
• A solid communicator who can build strong relationships and is not afraid to challenge decisions when a better alternative or potential pitfalls is seen.
• Possess strong business acumen with deep operational insights as well as an open nature and collaborative mind-set that will enable working cohesively with people from different functions and levels.
• A motivated and driven individual with core competencies required to succeed in a demanding and challenging working environment.
• Good problem solving and decision-making abilities to enhance workflow efficiencies and effectiveness.
