Job Description
Initiate, coordinate, deliver and follow-up on all training activities within the hotel
Actively initiate relationships and partnerships with industry associations, external training companies and academic counsels related to the hospitality industry
Update and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant information
Maintain an ongoing Training Calendar to ensure learning resources and opportunities are maximized
Develop and manage a central internal resource library of videos/books/magazines that can be utilized by all employees
Share responsibilities for the integration and orientation process of new hires
Assist with the implementation of new policies, procedures, and standards
Prepare and submit training reports
Departmental trainers meeting is held monthly for reporting and feedback purposes. to follow up the on-job training as well as to hold meeting with Departmental trainers for Tamaayyaz program needs.
Register the Heartist on TYPSY & INES platform in the first week of employment. and follow up with them while developing plans & 2 Weeks Induction plan.
All new Heartists begin the Welcome to Accor program online or face-to-face within the first 30 days of their employment.
All new Heartists attend the Brand Immersion and Brand Service Culture
programmes within the first 90 days of employment.
All Heartists are invited to join Accor Live Limitless program.
Departmental trainers have completed the Trainer Skills program and are certified, a list is available with the latest trainer’s names and positions.
Assigned departmental trainers are in each department (1 for every 15-20 Heartists).
Learning report is submitted at the end of each month to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
Minimum 3 years of training/facilitation experience
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & Power Point.
